Returns are only available for orders delivered in Singapore. Due to shipping costs returns will have to be issued from the same order shipping location.

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from date of purchase. Returns are only accepted for defected items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.

We do not accept returns on sale and promotional items, as well as returns of regular priced items beyond the stipulated time period. We do not accept exchanges of items due to size variance within 0.5 inches to 1.5 inches or 5%, whichever higher, from the size guide provided as it is to be reasonably expected and acceptable within manufacturer guidelines.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are sending item for exchange, the cost of return shipping will be charged to you. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charge

Once a package has been returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is void.
