Created live at Actually Singapore, this painting gives a used FREITAG tarp a new adventure. These heavy-duty tarpaulins once travelled on trucks before being repurposed into the brand’s signature bags. For this piece, the material became our canvas.

The artwork follows a traveller riding through the sky on a mythical kirin, carrying a FREITAG bag with a fugu blowfish as his unlikely companion. Together, they explore a world where imagination decides the destination. It’s a playful take on second lives and endless possibilities: a tarp that once travelled the roads now carries a journey beyond them.
